Warranties & Guarantees on MHW products
Note: Does not include Shopsmith Woodworking tools, they have there own fine guarantees and
warranties.
Our warranties are provided with one purpose in mind: to let you know without a doubt that your purchase
will provide value to you for a long time to come. If you compare our warranties to those of any other
supplier, we think you'll find that ours offers the best protection, period. Although our lawyers insist that we
use certain language and make certain exceptions, the fact is that if you have a legitimate problem
anytime, we want to help, and we usually can. Our reputation is the only thing that keeps us in business!

Standard Product Warranty
(applies to all products unless
stated otherwise):
We will repair or replace, at our
option, to the original purchasor,
any new part or component which,
upon return and inspection, proves
to be defective in materials or
workmanship for the specified
warranty period from the original
date of purchase. This warranty does
not cover damage caused by normal
wear and tear, accidents, or Acts of
God, and cannot be honored if the
equipment has been modified from
its original state or operated in disregard
of the instructions provided. Our liability in
all cases is limited to the
repair/replacement of any defective part.
Product Warranties:
Z-Vise Products: Lifetime warranty (to the original purchasor) against defects in materials or workmanship
except plastic and wear parts. Please note: We do not provide warranty service for ZYLISS products
purchased from a different supplier.
All other branded products and accessories, and all unbranded products: Factory warranty as stated with
each product.
Additional Warranties
30-day Return Privilege and Satisfaction Guarantee: Applies to all orders from this web site. The refund
amount is equal to your merchandise cost (the amount you paid less our actual shipping costs), and you
must return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition at your expense. Important: Before
returning merchandise valued over $100, email us for a return authorization at:
myhomeworkshop@myhomeworkshop.com. Items valued over $100 and returned without authorization
are subject to a 20% restocking charge. PLEASE NOTE: This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to
machinery returned in other than original condition or showing signs of use, in which case returns will be
subject to an adjustment of up to 50% of purchase price.
30-day Best Price Guarantee: If you find a lower price, including shipping and taxes, for any product
ordered from this website within thirty days, just send us a copy of the offer and we will refund the
difference.
ALL REFUNDS are issued by check regardless of form of payment, except PAYPAL and Google Payments,
which will be refunded via PayPal and/or Google
You must include a copy of the original purchase receipt clearly showing the customer information, seller
information, items warranted and purchase date. Be sure to provide a return shipping address and a
daytime phone number.
Upon verification and inspection, the repaired part or an equivalent replacement will be returned to sender,
freight prepaid, for limited term warranties. A nominal delivery charge (currently $7 per item) applies to
lifetime warranty shipments. No reimbursements will be made for repairs by customers or third parties, or
any other unauthorized repair or modification. Note that any unauthorized repair or modification may
invalidate your warranty for any thereby affected parts.
My Home Workshop LLC. warranties are termed a limited warranty to satisfy the requirements of federal
legislation. Each warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary in
each state or province.
